Monday - 5:00, 5.45, 6.30pm  (but PSC once every three weeks)
Tuesday 4:30, 5:15, 6:00, 6:45pm (In Person)
Wednesday 4:30, 5:15, 6:00 (In Person)
Thursday 4:30, 5:15pm, 6pm (In person)
Friday 5.00, 5.45pm (On line and also by private arrangement)

Singing is for everyone!
The Voice bit of VoiceArt is about sorting out your voice, and the Art bit is about making songs work for your voice, yourself and for your audience.

Who are Private Sessions for?

Kate is happy to work with adults (18 plus) who love to sing, want to sing, don't believe they can sing, but would love to be able to! 
VoiceLift is available for the rusty, long Covid sufferers or those experiencing age-related voice loss. (See separate page in the Learn menu)

And for those who want to get serious about their singing and are hoping to achieve long-term goals; private VoiceArt lessons and the Monday night Performance Skills Classes are designed with you in mind.
Classes are with our official associate artist, Geoff Urquart.

Private VoiceArt sessions are also available for those who want a one-off quick fix, advice or appraisal, including grade or VCE program mock assessment and colleagues who want help with their voice and/or their voice students or choir. Trainee voice teachers might like to use sessions for mentoring and guidance with their professional skill building.

Singers who attend lessons and classes may audition for the November VoiceArt Collection

​Musicnotes.com is a great place to find digital sheet music. You can download it onto a tablet or print out.

​Have a backing track, in the correct key, to play at your end.
​A google search for 'backing track' or 'accompaniment' and the name of your song, should help you on your way.

What happens if I can't make my lesson?

VoiceArt does not make up lessons unless the cancellation came from VoiceArt

The First - Change it

Change it by clicking on the 'View/Change my appointment' button in your booking email up to 48 hours before your session.
Request to be included in the VoiceArt Messenger thread, then you will know the upcoming gaps and you can move your lesson to another spot.

The Second - Swap it

You can also ask other singers to swap with you in the VoiceArt Messenger thread. 

The Third - Pass-it-on / Zoom it

Zoom Kate and do some voice steaming or discuss repertoire, interpretation etc OR send a friend/family member in your place.
