I have the right number of songs, or the right length of program for this level. I have one continuous PDF of sheet music in performance order. All my music has been legally obtained and is marked according to the instructions. My digital program notes include my Certificate Level, my name, my accompanist's name and the date of the recording. My program notes follow on from there, in performance order. I have recorded my program in one continuous, unedited piece of footage. I have converted my footage to a YouTube link.

Terms and Conditions

ALL attachments of my submission must be correctly included and I may lose marks for omissions. I will accept the decision of the assessor. Whenever possible, I will receive my result within 14 days of my submission.

I understand that if I wish to submit an updated version of a “work in progress” that I must do so, within 14 days of receiving my result (only applicable for Initial, Foundation and Foundation Plus Levels).
